Hungarian National Gallery

The Hungarian National Gallery is an independent institution established in 1957. The gallery moved to its present venue, a nice building in the Royal Palace of Buda in 1975.

It is the largest public collection presenting the rise and development of Hungarian  fine arts. There are temporary exhibitions held in the gallery regularly, featuring popular international artworks as well.
